What is your print product like?

Our print and photographic partners  are locally owned and operated and support the highest quality product philosophy.

We use only high quality archival inks, some times known as Giclee prints and Canson fine art papers and canvas.

Custom sizes may be available in addition to sizes listed but it depends on the size of the original art work and the size of the digital file.

Please enquire.

If you order your print on canvas, you will need to have it stretched and framed at your local picture framers. The surface has already been treated with a UV coating for extra protection. Your canvas will be rolled and posted to you.

Limited Edition of only 20-50 in each size, ever!

Printed on quality Canson 310gsm matt textured paper, hand signed and numbered by the artist. Shipped and rolled in a protective trackable tube, ready to be framed on arrival.

What are Limited Edition prints?

A limited number are produced of between 20 and 50. These are produced on request. Each one is signed and numbered by hand. This is visible on the lower edge on the paper print, but is on the edge of the canvas and will not be visible when stretched.  Open Editions are not signed or numbered. This is reflected in the price.

 

We advise once you have received your print, to make arrangements to professionally frame your print as soon as possible, and suggest prints remain unopened until such a time.

Ensure the package is stored in a safe and dry place and please avoid stacking anything on top. The paper and inks are velvet in nature and easily susceptible to damage when not handled with proper care. 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

Gift card balances are not redeemable, transferable for cash. Balances remaining on gift cards can only be used for online purchases on the Mirella Prolongeau website.

Any refunds granted on purchases made on a gift card will not be returned as cash or any other form. They will be returned to the gift card for later use.

Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards are valid for 2 years from their date of purchase. If you do not use them within this timeframe they will expire. Expired gift cards are not valid for purchases, exchanges, refunds, or returns.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

All items are sent with a tracking number. Please use this to track your parcel. All items are insured so please keep your tracking history and let us know if it has not arrived or has been lost so that we can make a claim for you.

What if there is a problem with my order?

All items are inspected prior to packing and sending. If you have received a print that you feel has a problem with it - please photograph the packaging and the damage and email us. If there has been a mistake with your order - please double check your original receipt from your order to confirm the mistake is at our end not yours. We will endeavour to replace it in the quickest time frame for you.
